Where can I use my new Players Club card?
Your new Players Club card can be used at any slot machine or table game at all six SIGA casinos.
How do I earn points for slot play?
You will earn 1 point for every $1 in credits played on slot machines. 1,000 points = $5 in cash back. You do not earn points while playing promotional credits.
How do I check the current points balance of my Players Club account?
Your account balance is displayed each time you insert your card into a slot machine. If you’d like to check your balance during play, simply remove and reinsert your card.
What is a PIN and why do I need one?
PIN stands for personal identification number. Because you can download points and free slot play at your machine, you need a PIN to access your balances. It is very important that you never share your PIN with anyone, just like your bank card PIN. If you ever forget your PIN, simply visit the Players Club desk to create a new one.
What happens if I withdraw my Players Club card during play?
If you remove your card from the reader at any time during play, you will stop earning points for your play. Any unused free slot play will be credited back to your promo balance. Any cash balance remaining on the machine can then be played down or cashed out.
On my slot machine game I have credits from money I inserted, as well as some free slot play that I downloaded. When I spin, what gets played off first?
The slot machines will always use your free slot play first.
I forgot my Players Club card at home. Can I get another one?
Yes, simply visit the Players Club desk to receive another Players Club card for free.
Will my membership or points ever expire?
If you choose not to redeem your Players Club points, they will expire 18 months after the date on which they were earned. Free slot play offers expire at the end of each gaming date. The SIGA Players Club reserves the right to delete any member accounts that have been inactive for more than two years and any accumulated points will be forfeited.
